We are very intentional about designing depth into the MiA Calabria retreat. 

We offer an unhurried experience where there is room for inner and outer exploration, where there are moments of mindfulness and ways to go at your own pace and unwind. Whether you prefer strolling in town or meditating in front of the sea, you will experience dolce vita and the Calabrian slow time.    We have made space for quiet reflection, spaciousness and freedom in the itinerary you are about to read. We wanted to distinguish ourselves from typical, stressful, guided tour offerings.

Through your very own MiA Calabria Journal, featuring poetry on Calabria, and daily journal prompts, you will be guided through the practice of meditative journaling. Through writing, or visually, you are invited to explore your inner and outer environment, throughout the adventures we will have, and collect fragments of your Calabrian chronicles.
